Shipping Policy

This policy applies to domestic (Australia) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

* For some large size products such as Snooza pet beds, we May not accept PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers as Shipping Address.

A. shipping costs:

We charge the following for shipping on all Australia orders.

  • A$0.00 free shipping 3-8 business days (order over A$59)
  • A$8.90 for order under A$59 (3-8 business days)

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 8 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 2 pm AEST. Domestic order handling time is 1 -2 business days (Monday to Friday). 

C. Delivery Terms:

We mainly use Courier Please and AUSPOST to deliver your product. We are not responsible if you gave us a wrong address. We are also not responsible if Courier Please or AUSPOST or other Shipping Carriers is unable to deliver or gain access to the address you supplied.


If the delivery failed and return to sender due to customer reasons, for example, customers provide an incorrect address, or customers are not contacting the courier for redelivery after the delivery card left. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

E. Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at

F. Cancellations:

There are no cancellations allowed. Please refer to our refund/exchange policy.

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
