Orders under 60 AUD will cost 8.90 AUD for shipping; other orders will be shipped freely.
Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your order.
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as sent.
Please email us at info@muddypaw.shop with the subject line “Return + Order Number” and include the reason for your return. We’ll send you a shipping label and instructions.
You can exchange items within 30 days. Contact us via email with “Exchange + Order Number” and the reason for the exchange, and we’ll send you a shipping label and process the exchange.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@muddypaw.shop within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

It's good for a small dog. My dog plays for a very long time

Our puppy loves pulling out tissues from tissue boxes so we got her this hoping to exchange it for actual tissues. It exceeded our expectations. She loves it. She tugs and pulls and runs around the house with it. An absolutely fantastic enrichment toy
