Orders under 60 AUD will cost 8.90 AUD for shipping; other orders will be shipped freely.
Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your order.
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as sent.
Please email us at info@muddypaw.shop with the subject line “Return + Order Number” and include the reason for your return. We’ll send you a shipping label and instructions.
You can exchange items within 30 days. Contact us via email with “Exchange + Order Number” and the reason for the exchange, and we’ll send you a shipping label and process the exchange.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@muddypaw.shop within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

This was just what my dog needed to get him through a rough patch with his health. He took to it really quickly. I’m so glad I purchased this item.

This is the third ibiyaya stroller I’ve purchased, not because they don’t last, but because as my needs changed I preferred to get different styles. I wouldn’t buy any other brand. The jogger is a great size for two to three small dogs, it’s quiet to wheel and easy to direct with the inflatable tyres. The handle adjustment is much better than the previous versions (I have an older Hercules). Folds down easily too. Only two things I would improve, a lifting handle on the rear for when you’re lifting into the car folded, rather than the brake bar, and a third adjustment level on the handlebar (but that’s personal preference)
