The leashes work as expected. I've put off buying one for years as a luxury, unecessary item. It really is so much nicer to walk the dogs with my arms swinging freely.
A fantastic idea for busy people who want their dogs to increase their socialisation and listening skills.
The waist harness has only a weak plastic clip, and when your dog pulls ahead of you all of the force goes through that clip which fails and your dog is loose. When I first used it our 15kg Kelpie pulled it off my waist within 5 meters. Luckily he did not keep running. I have attached another clamp on the otherside of the clip and the lead gets attached to both clamps either side of the clip so that the pulling force is not going through the plastic waist clip. The lead part is a better design but I have concerns over the strength of the elastic part of the lead. It is much cheaper than similar things out there but it needs improving.
